The reduced rates will only be applied to registrations received and paid by January 19, 2024. If payment has not been received by this date, the regular rate will be applied.

To formalise your registration, please fax, post or e-mail a copy of the bank transfer receipt to the Qualicer Secretary’s Office. Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
DOCUMENTATION
Congress participants will be given a QR with access to the conferences, presentations and posters debated at the congress.
OFFICIAL LANGUAGES
The Congress official languages are English and Spanish. Simultaneous translation is provided
CANCELLATION
Prepaid registration fees are refundable, minus a 25% administration fee, if written notification of the cancellation is received before 15th February 2024. No refund can be made for cancellations notified after this date. However, delegate substitution can be made. All refunds will be made after the Congress.
