Guidelines for paper submission

Authors are requested to submit their papers in compliance with the following instructions to facilitate reading and selection by the QUALICER International Technical Committee.

Papers shall be submitted in English or Spanish, the official languages of the congress.

Papers shall include the following information

  • Full title of the paper
  • Name of the author(s), company or institutional affiliation, country or countries
  • 4 keywords
  • Abstract or synopsis of the paper

    Technical specifications to submit papers

    Authors shall submit the formatted document (containing text, graphs, images, etc.), to the congress Secretary.

     If the images contain names or concepts, the original files should be submitted to facilitate translation.

    The images must have a resolution that allows direct reading or zooming in to read all the texts, legends or information they include.

     The document may contain links to documents, videos, etc. published online, related to the communication presented.

    Length: 

    • Papers should not be longer than 10 pages (verdana 11 pt), including the graphs, illustrations and tables

    Submission

    Authors shall submit the formatted document, as well as original image files  containing text, to the congress Secretary by e-mail as an attached document to qualicer@qualicer.org

    Deadline : 27th September 2025.

    Summaries submitted shall be original works which have not been previously published or presented.

    Authors authorise QUALICER to publish and reproduce the selected works.

    We should like to remind you that Qualicer publications have a ISSN: 2444-9644. There is also a ISBN regarding each edition of the congress.
