Guidelines for summaries submission
Authors are requested to submit their abstracts in compliance with the following instructions to facilitate reading and selection by the QUALICER International Technical Committee.
Abstracts shall be submitted in English or Spanish, the official languages of the congress.
Please specify: Paper Summary or Poster Summary
Summaries shall include the following information
- Full title of the paper/poster
- Name of the author(s), company or institutional affiliation, country or countries
- 4 keywords
Technical specifications to submit summaries
The following electronic formats should be used: DOCX, or RTF, which can be compressed in ZIP or RAR.
Lenght: about 500 words.
Font: Verdana 11 pt
Authors shall submit the summaries by e-mail to qualicer@qualicer.org. The Organizing Committee will acknowledge receipt of summaries.
Deadline : 27th June 2025
Summaries submitted shall be original works which have not been previously published or presented.
Authors authorise QUALICER to publish and reproduce the selected works.
