The President of the College of Industrial Engineers and Co-President of Qualicer, the President of the International Technical Committee and the Technical Secretary of the congress have confirmed the participation of Rolando Lozano<\/strong>, Director of Revestimentos of Lamosa Group at the XIX edition of Qualicer to be held in 2026 in Castell\u00f3n, Spain.\u00a0<\/p>\n Rolando Lozano will be part of the opening panel debate at the congress where international industry leaders will address key strategic issues.<\/p>\n In the picture Rolando Lozano is accompanied by (from left to right) Eng.
