On 26 June 2023, the presentation of the International Technical Committee took place at the headquarters of the Official College of Industrial Engineers of Castell\u00f3n. The committee is made up of a group of experts who will study the papers submitted to the Qualicer Secretary\u2019s Office and will be responsible for selecting the papers to be presented at the congress.
