    To formalise your registration<\/strong>, please fax, post or e-mail a copy of the bank transfer receipt to the Qualicer Secretary’s Office. Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    DOCUMENTATION
    <\/span><\/strong>Congress participants will be given a\u00a0<\/span>QR<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0with access to the conferences, presentations and posters debated at the congress.<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    OFFICIAL LANGUAGES
    <\/strong>The Congress official languages are English and Spanish. Simultaneous translation is provided<\/p>\n

    CANCELLATION
    <\/strong>Prepaid registration fees are refundable, minus a 25% administration fee, if written notification of the cancellation is received\u00a0before 15th February 2024<\/strong>. No refund can be made for cancellations notified after this date. However, delegate substitution can be made. All refunds will be made after the Congress.<\/p>\n
