Authors are requested to submit their posters in compliance with the following instructions to facilitate reading and selection by the QUALICER International Technical Committee:<\/p>\n
Posters shall be submitted in English<\/strong> or Spanish<\/strong>, the official languages of the congress.<\/p>\n Author(s) shall submit the two-page poster summary to the QUALICER Secretary\u2019s office before 29th<\/sup> September 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n Poster summaries shall include the following information:<\/p>\n The following electronic formats should be used: DOC, or RTF, which can be compressed in ZIP or RAR.<\/p>\n Download template [+]<\/a><\/p>\n Authors shall submit the formatted document, two-page poster summary\u00a0<\/strong> (containing text, graphs, images, etc.), to the congress Secretary.<\/p>\n If the images contain names or concepts, the original files should be submitted<\/strong> to facilitate translation.<\/p>\n The images must have a resolution that allows direct reading or zooming in to read all the texts, legends or information they include.<\/p>\n The document may contain links to documents, videos, etc. published online, related to the communication presented.<\/p>\n Authors shall submit the formatted document, as well as original image files\u00a0 containing text<\/strong>, to the congress Secretary by e-mail as an attached document<\/strong> to qualicer@qualicer.org<\/strong><\/a> by 27<\/strong>th<\/sup> September 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n Posters selected by the Technical Committee will be displayed at the congress venue according to the guidelines the organization will furnish.<\/p>\n Summaries of the posters will be included in Qualicer compendium available at<\/p>\nContent of the two-page poster summary:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n
