Verónica Pascual is an entrepreneur who leads a group of firms involved in digital transformation, headed by ASTI Mobile Robotics Group, a company located in Spain, France, Germany, and the United States, devoted to supplying autonomous vehicle systems for automating industrial processes, for example in the automotive, food, cosmetics, pharma, and retail sectors (www.astimobilerobotics.com).
She earned a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. She took a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at College des Ingenieurs de Paris and an Executive Master in Positive Leadership and Strategy (EXMPLS) at IE Business School. In addition, she took several postgraduate studies at INSEAD, Stanford, and Harvard Business School.
Her international career commenced in the Human Resources strategic management department of the Bouygues multinational industrial group. In 2004, she joined the family business, ASTI, holding various managerial posts there (Technical Management and Commercial Management). Towards the end of 2006, she became ASTI General Manager and, in 2008, she bought the company.
Verónica Pascual Boé chairs the ASTI Talent and Technology Foundation and serves on the Board of different companies (Telefónica and GAM), in addition to serving on the University of Burgos Social Council, on the Caixa Castilla y León Board, and on the ImaginBank Advisory Board. She is also Patron of Endeavor, the prestigious global network of high-impact entrepreneurs.
From 2016 to 2018, she was President of the Industry 4.0 Commission and Vice-President of Talent Development at AMETIC (Association of Electronics, Information and Communications Technologies, Telecommunications and Digital Content Companies).
