Types of communications:
Authors are invited to submit two types of communications to be presented and discussed at the forthcoming QUALICER meeting: papers and posters.

With regard to their presentation and publication, both types of communications shall be included in one of three blocks:

Guidelines
Selection of submitted work
The QUALICER Technical Committee will make a preliminary selection of the communications based on the submitted summaries. Authors will be informed in June 2007 regarding initial acceptance of their work, together with any relevant remarks. Authors will also receive instructions for the presentation of the complete work.
The Technical Committee will perform the second, definitive selection in October 2007, based on the complete work.
The QUALICER Organisation reminds authors that submitted work shall be unpublished, and that any commercial references, should they be absolutely necessary, shall be kept to a minimum.
The QUALICER Technical Committee’s selection of submitted work is unappealable.
Presentation and publication of communications
Authors shall present the papers and posters selected by the QUALICER Technical Committee during the Congress. The selected work will be published and handed out to delegates when the meeting starts.
PAPERS. 20 minutes is set for each oral presentation, and each block of presentations will be followed by a discussion.
POSTERS. The selected posters can be exhibited during the Congress in the poster presentation. Posters shall be presented according to QUALICER Organisation instructions.
Authors authorise QUALICER to publish and reproduce the selected work.
