QUALICER wants to make Congress attendance easy. That is why attendance fees have been considerably reduced, prices being set according to 7 types of registration so that you can choose the type that best suits your budget.

X- Ticket for closing dinner on 14th February

50 € (this needs to be booked before 7th February at the Congress Secretary’s Office)

The shuttle bus service from the Congress hotels to the Congress venue is included.

Documentation

Congress attendees will be given a DVD containing the invited lectures, papers, and posters to be presented at the meeting.

The Congress official languages are English and Spanish. Simultaneous translation is provided

CANCELLATION

Prepaid registration fees are refundable, minus a 25% administration fee, if written notification of the cancellation is received before 25th January 2012. No refund can be made for cancellations notified after this date. However, delegate substitution can be made. All refunds will be made after the Congress.
